Brent Faiz is an American actor, writer, and director. He is best known for his work on the television series Castle and the short-lived series The Game.
Faiz was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of Southern California, where he studied theatre. After graduation, he began his acting career in television, guest-starring on shows such as JAG, CSI: Miami, and Without a Trace. In 2006, he landed a recurring role on the show Castle, playing the character Lanie Parish’s (Tamala Jones) love interest, Tom Demming. The show was cancelled after one season, but Faiz continued to make guest appearances on Castle until its cancellation in 2016.
